Berna has been a realtor in the Virginia area for 25+ years. However, over the last 5 years, she has been working with our clients as a mortgage loan officer for Encompass Lending Group, Cornerstone Division Her knowledge of the real estate side combined with the lending guidelines (for various programs) gives our clients an edge that many real estate teams cannot offer.
Bill has been a realtor for more than 10 years. He has a back ground in construction/building homes, renovating homes, repairing homes, and inspecting homes.

In addition, we have broadened the areas we service by introducing new team members... we now have team members who are experts in the Richmond, Henrico, and VA Beach Areas. As well as agents who service MD and WV. No matter what your needs - we strive to meet them!
